We have submitted a pull request on GitHub implementing a new CyberPanel provider for the Upmind provisioning system and are awaiting review. What is CyberPanel? CyberPanel is an open-source web hosting control panel built on OpenLiteSpeed, providing comprehensive website, DNS, email, and SSL management through a modern user interface. Add a WYSIWYG editor for email templates

Can you please add a option to use a WYSIWYG editor to ALL places that allow you to modify displayed text please. Doing everything in HTML is tedious, and you can make emails look much better…quicker, if a WYSIWYG editor was an available option. This could work for Email Templates, Client Templates, a ton of different places …. think of making it easier for clients like us to manage the system so we can spend more time on running our business than drafting up templates in HTML :)

Create and manage provision blueprints

Currently Upmind system provision blueprints are used to map basket/order/product provision fields for provision function parameters and set permissions and dictate the automation lifecycle of an provisionable order. Softaculous Auto-Installer

The ability to give customers the choice of pre-installing a Softaculous app during the order flow. For example when ordering a cPanel hosting account with Softaculous enabled, the user can choose WordPress to be pre-installed so it is ready to go right away. Either the admin username/password should be emailed after provisioning, or presented to them in the order flow, or give them the ability to set a password if they are selecting a software.

Create WordPress after provisioning with Enhance.

Currently Upmind doesn’t provision an application through Enhance after provisioning the account. In the circumstances where you only allow direct login to just wordpress, this breaks the workflow.

We'll introduce a brand setting where users can make 2FA mandatory, in order to enhance security. Users with 2FA already enabled will continue as usual. For those without, they will receive a setup token to obtain a TOTP secret or QR code via our API. Once set up, they will complete a quick verification to enable 2FA and gain full access. This enhancement will ensure stronger security across our platform as we progress with its introduction.

Integration with Software Distributors like Sherweb or Pax8 would enable selling anything on their platforms, such as Microsoft 365 licenses, Google Workspace, Bitdefender, Keeper Password Manager, etc. Would DRASTICALLY increase what Upmind is capable of provisioning.
