Support Tickets - Rich Text Emailing

This would be very helpful when pasting logs or code to clients or for ourselves when we want to leave a note with the logs or the code we have found in the client’s site (after it’s been disabled for example you need to reenable the cPanel account sometimes to see the code because pasting it in the ticket note directly becomes unreadable). Alternatively a separate retractable txt field will also do the job perfectly as long as we can format the text inside of it. Retractable because code snippets tend to be very long sometimes and may take too much space in the ticket.
