Customer - Surveilance Mode

Billing and Invoicing

This is a function our old software provides, and we use it for special purposes on a bunch of customer.

Flag Customer as “Surveillance Mode”.
Flagged Customers will never receive an invoice.
Products can be configured with prices and products as it is.
Generating invoices starts if the flag is removed

    Who is your old software provider? And in what case would you not want the customer to receive an invoice?

      Hi Sara,

      1. we have special Customers where billing is disabled, for different reasons ,( free gift, Payment is made on a different way….., payment is made on other products/system)

      2. ist can help for the time of migration customers from old to new software, that they do not get 2 invoices from 2 systems.

      3. Monitored Accounts, where the user can access support , products and other things, but payment is made via a different customer, like for resellers, but totally different handling….. maybee a bit crazy
